So they make £142 million from their Prem season with parachute money and get fined £40million that will really hurt them I'm sure Those who suggest points deduction or relegation are right but it will never happen Bournemouth did the same when they got promoted fined £8million but nothing else As for us getting compensation you can forget that to the legal boys are the only ones to make anything out of it

To be fair the 40m fine will come straight off bottom line; the 142m is headline revenue and they will have had big hike in costs such as wages etc when they gained promotion....

FFP is a joke, again it will never affect the big boys with cash as they always find a way around it. I think they should scrap it as we all know it stinks!

I share that dubious privilege Bloomer. Seen Derby three times at Wembley...lost every time. Was in Italy when we beat West Brom and frankly, with the benefit of hindsight, I wish we'd lost that one too.

Share everyone's sentiments about QPR, especially mista saying £40m isn't much of a punishment when you've already 'cheated' your way to £142m. Not sure how you can instigate a points/relegation penalty mid-season though.

ramAnag You are right impossible to instigate points/relegation mid season But QPR have ensured this by repeatedly appealing the decision Theve appealed four times even taking the FL to court sighting it's illegal to prevent Freedom of trade Think this will rumble for a while yet

Indeed it is going to 'rumble on' mista. Wouldn’t be so surprised to see an eventual points deduction or just straightforward relegation but that will be impossible to announce until after the season has ended.

Look on the bright side, they did beat Wolves thus keeping the top side in check
