LOL crowing before the season is halfway through is a peculiarity of their's Thomas, they keep getting hit over the head with a lump of wood but always come back for more.

If they are 11 points clear come March we can assume they will come up.......maybe.

The word delusional doesn't really do them justice.

    Dingles ay um?

I don't want Sam, his heart is no longer in the game, he is not the manager he was a few years ago.

Pardew is probably the most disliked manager in the country,he is arrogant, opinionated, aggressive and totally up himself, but he would be great for us at this time. He is passionate and defends his players. He plays an attacking game with wingers.
He also has a top six finish and two cup finals on his CV.

Some people would like to see McInnes. If he had never played for us nobody would ever have even mentioned him or knew who he was.
Potter looks revolutionary, but has no prem experience and is not competing in one of the worlds major leagues, especially one where the price of failure is so high.

Lai has paid 180m for us, more than what Wolves, Villa and Blues cost all rolled together. If we go down millions will be wiped off our value.
Do you think he is going to risk that on someone who's only credentials are he used to play for us?

Pardew i would be happy with, and it will be interesting to see how good these players really are now the leash has been taken off.
Also a month until the window, where i can see a bit of wheeling and dealing with the likes of Evans, although City seem to be managing ok without him.
Lai paid way too much and now has little leeway to invest in squad. His backroom team of Williams, Hammond & Garlick are all second raters- how can we expect them to show vision- they are all chamionship quality.
If it has to be Pardew then offer to end of season only with bonus of double his money if he keeps us up.
For those with long memories I tried to salvage something from the season which I believed would see us relegated. My bet is a winning bet @ bet365 if I cash out now.

Cash it Viking as Pulis has gone we won't get relegated now...whoever takes over, the players will give them better service.

The reason Lai can't spend as much as we would like, is the Chinese Government has stopped money being spent on enterprises and investments outside of China.
This will affect all clubs and businesses with Chinese owners.
Until this ban is lifted we will only be able to spend the money the club generates, but this is nothing new for us.

With the performance today and if there were no manager appointed prior to the Newcastle match - the majority would be behind Megson and then can you imagine if we played well and beat them! Loud drums for Megson!

Won't happen as jobs for the boys and Pardew will no doubt be appointed Monday! Megson should be given an opportunity - why not!
No announcement yet maybe they are still interviewing candidates and will surprise us all.
    Then maybe not.

I read somewhere that this restriction on foreign investment is likely to affect the dings more than it is us due to the way the clubs are structured. Some of the dings I heard phoning WM last week might do well to remember this, several reckoned they are going to win the Premier League within 3 years, others were forecasting that they would be moving in to the top 5 cartel whilst the more moderate ones only predicted Europa League qualification in the first year. Reminds me of the days when Dave Jones gave them a rollicking for showboating in front of the crowd and waving back to chants when they had an unassailable lead of 11 points at the top .....

He can do the limbo in his birthday suit as long as he gets us winning and playing a more easy on the eye style of football
