It's hard to believe that we are above Spurs (Kane, Alli, Erikson et al) on merit!

This lad is now starting to look a truly top class Premier League player too!

A bonus for me is that with Wood in the team Burnley are on the news pretty much every game. Burnley were the only club shown or even mentioned on the 6pm news tonight. In years gone by it was all about Ryan Nelson who played for that now third division pub league club down the road. How times have changed

The atmosphere was excellent last night. The stewards allowed us to stand up for the whole match with no fuss and the Burnley fans made lots of noise for the full 90+ minutes. The comedy moment was singing "You're just a sh1t Lionel Ritchie" to Chris Kamara who was on a gantry right next to us which he took it in good spirit.
It was a great game of football to watch with an exceptional work rate from our players. (Bardsley played well)
Respect to my fellow Clarets who made the long journey down and I felt for them driving home to Fareham when I saw a sign saying 'A34 Closed after A303' which is the route I always take when going up for a home game.

Alfie, Alfie, Alfie, not you as well, there were a few thought our Irish lads might be on a downer after their WC exit, no they weren't, nor were we going to be on a downer after Arsenal. Sean doesn't do downers, he doesn't do negatives, and neither do his players, come on Alf, you should know that by now.

Did anyone else view Rocky Mills in the crowd last night when it showed the fans when Dyche mentioned our support on MOTD ?
