    your spine needs to be the strongest
    especially when you have the players they do in the middle

    he needs to start putting round pegs in round wholes and then worry about the 2-3 positions he will have to fill with some one who doesnt usually play that roll
    he needs to start playing a stable side
    not changing it every week
    everyone gets injuries
    its how they deal with it

    and most deal with it better than raffa

    No way will we get an IMMEDIATE influx of players in january

    Charnley is still the negotiator. might get one in by end of january
