Hecky doesn't want experienced players because he won't have same clout in dressing room. Older players have ability to suss a HC out and would question his tactics and substitutions.

That's a good point Ponte , i mentioned this before about him having experienced players around him , how would he cope ? I'm not sure he could handle the been there Dunnet Pro just now , maybe wrong here , but it does appear at times as if he is stuck in his ways , and doesn't like being challenged , He had a problem with Hammill after the Newcastle game , IMO he treated him poorly , Hammil deserved to be reprimanded , it went on too long tho and I don't think that problem has ever been resolved , same with a few more players too , i've said it before and I will keep on saying it , Hecky needs an experienced Pro to help him out , Missed the boat with Neil Redfearn in my opinion ,
