Well .it has been done for a while now .I can only imagine they had their reasons for holding back the news .maybe to get some early deals done .if it had been released earlier every players price might have shot up .who knows

What about the 30 day Premier League owner ratification process? They need to get approved by the league before anyone be isntechnically the owner.
