    The lad should never have gone to West Ham steve , badly advised for me and he lost his way there .

    Boro need " ready to go players " and he's still far from the finished article .

    Nar then , the plan will continue to roll that much is obvious but bringing him back here represents a step forward .

    We know the lad has ability , Hecky knows him and he's played his best football here .

    Realistically it ticks plenty of boxes for me .

    I'd like to see someone in the middle of the park that can thread balls through for him then or supply decent crosses. Step up Stevie Mallan.

    With the smallest FFP pockets , they can always raise the ST's up a couple of hundred quid SB .
