I've re-read the rules you quoted there and I see where you may be coming from. I can't remember exactly but did he not come on as a subbie in any of their CL qualifiers? If so, it's a dead duck. If he didn't then reading that, a loan for Nads himself would be possible to another Club. BUT I reiterate that we couldn't loan him unless Stanton was sent back to Hibs.
