i wish i did but i havent cared for years - probably 30. sorry the 80s and 90s ripped out my scottish football heart. I watched scottish netball getting into world cup finals 2019 at weekend preferred that tbh - mind you my daughter plays for them so but even still SFA GTF

I've always cared, through mostly thin times, including the Ally's Army disaster. Everyone knows we need rid of these guys at the SFA but no-one seems to know what the mechanism is to vote them out and get better folk in? Is it the clubs that can do this at AGM? If so what's holding it up!

    Good news for Scotland imo.

Northern Ireland success was down to a stable, solid EPL defence. Scotland do not have these defenders at their disposal.

Jonny Evans, Gareth McAulay & Chris Brunt all played at club level together.

We have Championship/League 1/SPL centre halves which we chop and change. I doubt O'Neill would have qualified with our centre halves at his disposal.

O’Neill still got the most out of those guys. Northern Ireland qualifying for a tournament and getting through group stage was a monumental achievement

Best candidate IMO but SFA have completely messed up

We should definitely start the campaign for McInnes - if McInnes goes maybe the sheep get Jack Ross

Honestly it's like the phucking Brady bunch at that club, they get cuffed 4-1 by the sheep and all they get is plaudits.

if Mcleish or mackay gets the job it shows that the SFA have no ambition and are going for the easy option. we all know the manager will be a someone no doubt with an old firm connection. they dont like it when there isnt a connection with one of the ugly sisters (look at what happened with levein and burley - fair dos some of the stuff they done was bad but they got slaughtered in the press more than strachan did)

i think we should try and get an experienced manager who has been an international manager before like klinsmann or bilic but they probably wont considered.

If mackay or Mcleish gets it then that will be a new low even for the sfa

Mackay comes with baggage from what happened at Cardiff that would not be good for Scotland’s image. Add to that that neither of those candidates have done anything in last 5 years to suggest they merit the position. There MUST be better available
