    If our transfer policy is based on beating a team 3 leagues higher than us then we need a new transfer policy.

    Nolan rates two of our strikers, both well into their 30s. If we don’t sign another proven striker then I assume the current board are perfectly happy to be in League 2 next year and this should be clearly communicated to fans.

    I am hoping that Nolan Says the right thing about our current players to keep team morale up and is looking at a striker who can step straight into the first team at the expense of either Stead or Shola.
