I’m just pointing mate that it will take time for us to get players from the pram to the pitch. Take my dads team for exsample who have state of the art youth academy will Hughes joined when he was 12 and started playing first time when he was 16. Now just in case theirs people who can’t count (not saying there are) that’s 4 years and he wasn’t a regular back then ether and he was 1 player out of a huge class.

    Gonna take time

Ah, I see what you mean (sort of) yes it’s a league of similar clubs geographically with a broad definition of U18.

But I still maintain that the system we have has to come up with one or more players that are good enough to play first team football. I can’t see any evidence of this happening this season or in the future. Meanwhile thousands of pounds are being spent on it.

If JCH is staying beyond the transfer deadline, it seems strange that he wasn't playing today, as the Millers Reserves were short of forwards, plus (as many Millersmadsters have pointed out) JCH needs game time... so my guess is that he is leaving tomorrow, if a bid comes in. Rest of it doesn't make sense otherwise.

Your right it won’t happen this year however saying or in the future is a long time.

It will happen eventually mate don’t worry 😉

People may not like Yates wiles hinds baily-king warren who came through but I’d play any one of them over blackstock ,Danny Collins or Kevin Wilson any day.

But tbh I’d play a corpse over them three so I guess it’s not saying much
