In my opinion. Buying season tickets or not buying season tickets, going to games or not going to games, joining fan groups or not joining fan groups, at the end of the day we should respect each other's individual choices.

Last thing we need to become is a support of them vs us when there's a multitude of different positions to take. All with as much merit as the next.

We need to remember that it's no use trying to win people over to your side of the argument with ridicule and scorn.

So. If the fan groups get together and go for a boycott or a withhold or strike or whatever then they need to consult as wide a group of their combined membership as possible. And be careful of people being members of multiple groups getting 5 or 6 votes.

Ball is in the fan groups court.

But let's remember that you can't win the battle for hearts and minds with scorn. Some in our support have tried that for ages and it's merely pushed people away.

You convert people to your side with respect, politeness and an open mind.

None of us are the arbiters of what makes a good United fan or otherwise.

An excellent post. Perhaps post of the season? Hits the mark perfectly. The downside for the Portogee is that next game he is in the side in place of MacDonald!

    Well said. Agree 100%.

All Arabs working together is the way to go here. We will get through this as a club with combined appropriate effort.
