Think it goes back to the division 3 north days.

The top 5 were Lincoln, tranmere, Crewe, Rochdale and Bury.

Apart from the top 2 the other 3 might not be in that order.

I was guessing that it would have to be a Div 3 North team who had subsequently mainly played at levels 2 and 3. Were S****horpe and Grimsby high scorers?
