Whatever happened with the old saying " respect your elders " . I certainly fit into the older age category and as well as drawing government wages I have been fortunate to see three championship sides at ER as well as the poor sides we have all had to put up with over recent history. I've seen the game change from the sixties when you didn't have to buy a programme to know who played for the opposition to today when you haven't an idea who half the opposing side are. There's nothing wrong with being nostalgic they were great times and great memories that I and many on here enjoyed and experienced them. I hope to see my beloved team return to the Premier League before I pop me clogs, but I realise that this is probrobly one of the toughest and most competitive leagues in world football, every game is fought for and no result is a given. Radz has stated he has a five year plan and we have people on here bleeting with less than a year gone, I feel sorry for some of you younger impatient fans, I hope for your sake that Radz does get it right and then you can direct your venom as to why we're not winning the Premier League/ Champions League/FA Cup/ League Cup etc roll on.
Heat hear mick64, well put.
He's obviously found the Cellino 'how to' guide to being a Chairman.
this guy will never get us back in the premier league its as plain as day already , your forgetting we have already had owners who have said exactly the same thing before, ,IT DOES NOT TAKE FIVE YEARS TO GET LEEDS BACK IN THE PREMIER LEAGUE , IF YOU HAVE THE FINANCES TO BACK IT UP, this guy does not have them, or is not prepared to do what is needed financially to do it.
we are further away from promotion, than we were twelve months ago lol, due to his so called five year plan , this guy will not be here five years from now, that is an absolute certainty.
I agree.
Seems others do also if this poll is any indication:

Lies, damned lies and statistics, you can find support for whatever side of the argument you're on.
There are links I've posted previously, and another here;

All of which would suggest that Radrizzani has overstepped the mark.
Doesn't matter really, we'll see how the players perform on Friday at home, following the "pep talk" from the owner (compared to the half-decent performance against Reading away before he got on his hind legs), won't we?
And before anyone gets all excited, of course I want a win, and for a clean sheet for BPF on the back of a good performance by the back four, etc etc, but I wouldn't be surprised if some of the 1st team starters are less than motivated (guess who), we will see.
