Was directly involved in this and charges should never have been brought. ST thought he was being filmed (he was not). ST reacted aggressively to this and ended up on his ass. Police preferred his account to the other guy and he was charged. Procurator Fiscal finally seen sense (perhaps because the only real witness was ST's wife and not sure she is that happy with him these days......)Originally Posted by Hoofballer
