Getting luggy in though has to be a positive step. This is a guy who bleeds tangerine.

At his English clubs he shows them videos of Barcelona and has a wall of his managers office painted tangerine. We know from this board luggy’s passion for united.

Add to that he is a playing legend. He has shown a lot of toughness battling Parkinson’s for almost 20 years. The man is immense.

Luggy is plain speaking. I have no doubt that if allowed to he will not be sacred to tell the current players a few Home truths. He’ll hopefully be able to inspire them a bit with a team talk or two and have his enthusiasm and determination rub off on the players.

I do think the players are good enough to get us out of this league.

Now feeling more optimistic with Luggy on board and just hope it works out this afternoon.

Re team selection I am thinking McD up front as striker playing off Mikk. The rest can take care of itself and hopefully Fraser is fit enough to come back in.

Come on United!!!
Good positivism LSA.
Luggy's only here to do a bit of coaching primarily but his influence is going to be important too I think.
I hope his health allows him to get in about us.
And does Snaba not deserve a bit of credit for letting him in as it were?
