What I would say is that we did a St Mirren on them last night as all season they seem to have been scraping games by the odd goal (up to and including bottom team Brechin on Saturday I may add) by basically doing what we did last night. Essentially by working hard as phuck, which coincidentally stops you leaking goals and subsequently being hard to beat. I'm struggling to think of them properly gubbing anybody this season, yet they're the ones going up.
Hard to disagree with any of that James. Hibs last season for me were miles better than St Mirren and they've actually in my opinion done very well in the their 1st season up with a weaker squad after losing some very good players. Can't see St Mirren emulating that next season and if they lose their manager to us they'll go straight back down.

St Mirren certianly arent anything special, seen them getting really frustrated last night and they didnt like it. They're organised i'll give them that, they'll need to seriously strengthen for the Premier otherwise they'll be getting horsed every game

Just a shame we dont put that kind of fight and effort into every game otherwise last night could have been a very different game, could have been us winning the league...

They just know their limits and work very hard. In fact many teams in this league do that and pitch above their weight. Except us!

St Mirren are average as fk, have looked so every time we have played them, the league has been awful, we have handed it to them really

Was funny seeing how much they were desperate to clinch it at the home of a big club, but alas they failed the one chance they'll ever have to win a league at Tannadice , however it's one more attempt than the fun will ever have

St Mirren did win a league in Dundee... at Dens in 1977... nothing on the level of becoming Premier Division champions on your rivals patch right enough

If we matched the opponents fight and hard work then that's half the battle right away, we haven't done that enough, added to being crap since December

Much better last night. Where has that commitment, effort and desire been all season ?

Still not happy about some of the organisation at defending situations and elsewhere but much better overall from Shabba it has to be said. We did actually defend well and well done to Murdoch, Durnan, Ralston and especially big Mosh.

All the lads did well but special mention for big Tam, Stanton, McMullan and Willo, ( yes that’s right, Willo ) . The menace in goal did no bad and worth sticking with on Saturday I think.

Moaney faced, overexcited , bleating pussed Smurn fans Nae luck and Prik Hun the pretendy St midden , girfuy

Jack Ross was quite salty as well in his aftermatch comments

Definitely irked at not winning it at Tannadice

Saying that his record in the last year vs up here is played 4 lost 4 (out of 8 away defeats)

That's 8 defeats in a row overall for the buddies at Tannadice, that some effort in their part given the state of us lol

Eight in a row. Really . Superb, plus beating them in the spong cup final when Pryk Hun had them built up into the biggest team in Europe . Nae wonder they were all a wee bit excited and then despondent last night .
