As I said, the front three HAVE been granted that freedom. As for Payne, he's been a bit disappointing. When he was signed I thought he would be the key player, but Armstrong has turned out to be much more consistent.
Incidentally, if we do beat Bristol Rovers comfortably, using Mowbray's NEGATIVE methods, what will you say? Will it be down to the players, instead of the manager?
