I wouldn’t be unhappy with Ross but is he not a bit of a players buddy like McInnes?

I don’t know he just seems to be like that so maybe we would be better off with someone like Clarke who wouldn’t put up with the pysh that was served up by the players today.

Ordinarily when a manager publicly questions players, their recruitment & character (as he did today), then usually it’s the beginning of the end for the manager.

Trouble is, McInnes has carte blanche to do what he likes from Milne.

Not necessarily,I remember Steve Clarke slating his players after we beat them 3-1 in November.I thought their players might stop playing for him after that but it’s had the opposite effect.

I think our players could be doing with that a bit more because the nicey nice method isn’t working.

Our flaky, prima donna players will go to pieces given their reaction to losing a goal. We have a lot of players that have previous for being huge sh itebags. Doesn't really matter because who honestly gives a f uck about finishing in first loser position like it is some sort of achievement. Just means you have less games in the qualifying for the preliminary rounds before you get knocked out by some team no one has heard of.

True but I would have thought Kris Boyd would be a bigger shyte bag than any of our players,he certainly has previous of downing tools in his career.

We have had that in the past to be fair,some of our managers have publicly criticised the players and they downed tools but for some reason Clarke at Kilmarnock has that respect or fear from the players that they play for him.
