As mentioned before I badly tweaked my achilles tendon celebrating Vydra's goal. Is there ANYONE on this forum not falling apart?

RP...I only have arthritis in my fingers...the result of various injuries over the years...I’ve been taking Turmeric capsules over the winter and it’s helped enormously. Cheap and very effective imo, might be worth a try. Make sure you get the ones with black pepper extract...seems necessary to make it work.
Many thanks rA, your advice to RP will help me as I have the same knee ailment myself, strangely enough I will give those Turmeric capsules with black pepper a go. Can't hurt anymore than the knees already do

Looks like The Government are being forced by petition to discuss this on June 25th, but in parallel are trying had to make a complete SNAFU of the whole thing, with the potential that in next year's Championship WBA WON'T be allowed safe standing (coming down from the prem) yet Shrewsbury WILL be allowed (coming up from League 1). Its not just fox hunting where they are out of touch...

I wonder how many of the 650 mps have regularly been to football matches. All the others shouldn't be involved in this discussion, as they have no idea what they're talking about. It's like us lot talking about banning opera..
