    Head coach or Manager

I notice increasingly the press are using the term head coach rather than Manager when they are mentioning us looking at potential candidates.

I am now wondering if we are going back to the old Peace model and the head coach will have some input but in essence will be given the players to coach and then develop the squad.

The recruitment and release of players is going to be crucial this summer and maybe the management have decided that this will all be done by the recruitment team rather than any new Manager. Maybe we will at least get a younger up and coming coach to develop and manage the first team squad rather than an old tried and trusted who has failed quite a bit!

I wouldn't really mind so long as it is Nigel Pearson and Craig Shakespeare....plus the three we have now in some form or other.
