You can't do that without seeing the wider picture and things put into context otherwise you don't get to the real truth of the matter gkotw. An incomplete picture of owt is misleading. What perameters should you use in discussions? Who decides where a discussion goes over a boundary? What right have they to say sorry I don't want us to talk about that any more? Why would they say that? Are they scared something might be revealed which they dont want to be revealed? I could go on...surely its a form of censorship if you are not willing for a discussion to be fully discussed. It would make no sense to talk about tory councillor expenses on a seperate thread because the issue involves all political partys. The argument is one and the same and shouldn't be seperated. To infer that only labour councillors do this by shutting off any arguments that other councillors do it is painting an incorrect picture of reality for any readers on here.

I live in London so am quite happy for the labour council in Rotherham to spend their money on anything they want. More the merrier 😘

Roly, as a point of principle I agree with what you have written. However, I have an issue in that animal appears to divert EVERY thread away from it being Rotherham centric. That is my point.

    Cheers,

Considering how many folk on here hate their own town surely animal, when he does mention Barnsley, is helping these poor souls out by offering them respite (care)?

But it could assist in answering your questions on other threads when you were asking where are councils going to find the money for dealing with litter (I think it was the the litter thread). You did seem a bit more concerned then for some reason!

I hope you had a wad of cash on Dan Jarvis to win mellowmiller....easy money.

Well done Dan Jarvis although only 25% turnout is as poor as it gets.
