Your correct, my point was about consistency.
Some here expect to maintain our high level against the bottom 6 and have a Hibsesque performance against the top 6.
If we had players capable of that consistency, they wouldn’t be here long.

The reference to Leicester and how all the stars aligned for them is to be honest, a never seen before phenomenon.
We all hope it can happen here, but the reality..............

You blow smoke up his arse about how consistent he is.

    So we aren't consistent?

Lol, you’re funny, even though your consistently wrong.
    It’s all about context Aldo.

We have consistently achieved second place and achieved circa the 70 point mark for the last 4 seasons.
It’s a huge jump to get to 85 points (never achieved outside the cheeks).
Even with a record breaking total of last year, you guys expected more.
    Unrealistic expectations in my opinion.

So this is as good as it gets?

No trophies, just fighting it out for 2nd/3rd/4th?

We could become like arsenal claiming 2nd place is like a trophy as they used to do when they finished 4th.

We will also have a new soulless stadium to enjoy it all in.

Having been in the Emirates Stadium last season I can assure you it's not a Soulless place at all.

A lot of people seem to accept that as job well done. I don't get that f@cking attitude

Who mentioned anything bout the cups.
Of course in a cup competition anything can happen and we hope for a good run, win a trophy when we get the opportunity.
Even if you include the glorious Fergie trophy laden year, we as a club have averaged 1 trophy every 6 years.
Think about our average without the Fergie anomaly.

We are the most successful club outside the two cheeks (Celtic and the dead club).
That’s the reality of how hard it is to achieve, when we average 1 in 6 including an unprecedented anomaly of trophy riches in a short 7 year period.

Be a bit more positive and ambitious.

Anyway, fighting for 2nd/3rd/4th is as good as it gets then? Soon to be 3rd and 4th if we go by your reckoning?
