Yep - reckon they have a great chance - but they still have an overpaid undertalented squad that they need to get rid of - the problem won't go away easily Hard work.....plus they struggle to attract players to that part of the world.

If Wilder is going anywhere - right now he should stay in the Championship - careers are short for football managers, he's already 50 and I don't think taking a step down is the right choice at the moment. Only my opinion tho.

Overpaid not undertalented for division 3, it will be the strongest squad by far. If they want to offload give them free transfers to get them off the books, a new manager might get them playing for the club again, Wilder certainly had that effect here.

I think Wilder will stay but calling this job unattractive and believing that its an untalented squad is naive at best
