This LB, nail on head..
I know we don't always agree politically! But I 100% agree with this. The reason we've gone down is Pardew. 18 games - effectively half the season he was in charge and we gained only 5 points, we didn't stand a chance. And ultimately his time should have been cut short earlier.
Massive lessons to learn from the board. The disconnect between fans and both previous managers was evident all season. Moore is the man for me now, he's more than proved himself. Lets back him and know that we've not employed an overpaid mercenary manager, but a guy who loves the club and puts the players, staff and the fans first.
Strangely, even though we've been relegated, I feel optimistic right now for next season. Purely because of the last few results that we've had. Still a summer to get through and a manager to appoint, but still...

Spot on Mick, every word true. Lai thought he was buying a top ten Premiership club, sold to him by the Arfur Daly of football. He put too much trust in the clowns running the club.
Jeremiah rode his luck for years buying old bangers instead of new models, and got out in the nick of time.
Be interesting to see which way Lai goes now, but considering he is putting some Chinese on the board, one of whom is expected to become chairman, and considering he has several eco sporting villages named after the club, i expect/hope he is going to tear up Jeremiah's note book and do it his way.
Surprised you haven't mentioned The Glassboys btw.
You can't really say Barry is a mercenary player. More Prem appearances than any other player says not.
Sturridge is a great player when fit. A stupid signing by a stupid board which could have come off had the lad stayed fit. However we all knew he wouldn't.
Livermore had his footballing nonce destroyed by Pulis, only recently has he started to look like the England International he is.
The Pole got well and truly Pulised.
Gibbs was okay. Rodders was so so most of the season.
Helgazi did his best. Probably not a top flight player.
Chadli & Morrison would have been big assets had they stayed fit. but they don't.
