    its quite simple
    rafa is that committed to the toon him and his agents tried to get out of their contract with ash by claiming constructive dismissal

    now two things

    why say to us and ash I will stay if you give me the funds

    yet behind the scenes be trying to wriggle out of your contract to go elsewhere

    how can you expect ash to commit funds to someone not commited to the toon
