How can the ticket office be over worked when most renewals are automatic?

I wish my cancellation was automatic, they wont leave me alone in trying to get me to renew (whilst reminding me every time, that if i choose to do so, i will have to pay the new price)

I think i have a lengthy spell as a frustrated onlooker, waiting for the clubs regime to change.
