Injured his knee today & DM said in his interview (I think?) “it’s not great”.

Cosgrove also off injured & one or two nursing injuries.

Forrester missed the game with an injured groin too.

Will be a few young ones playing Wednesday maybe.

Highlights the lightness of the squad & needs addressed.

Whilst we definitely need another couple of decent players, I'd rather we were playing youngsters than the dross we have had on loan over the years.

I agree in the main although I think we’re still a few short, even given good young players like Lewis Ferguson & Dean Campbell.

Back to the drawing board to try and select a team for the Burnley match coming up. Gleeson by the sounds of what McInnes is saying is out injured for a while. We have a few players injured and nursing knocks at the minute.
The Russ Richardson black book or the loan crisis helpline will be called to try and reinforce us so we can field a team soon for a couple of more friendly matches before we get down to business against Burnley.
No pressure Del and Milne but don’t embarrass yourselves by stating you are short on numbers for up and coming matches.

Apparently Danny Rogers off to St Mirren (on loan).

Just don’t understand the clubs recruitment policy this summer at all.

Feck all happening to add to the squad & letting a perfectly capable no2 keeper go to a club where he might not even get a game anyway? (Samson at St Mirren still likely to be no1?)

Bizarre if Rogers goes out on loan and we bring in another keeper.

Got a feeling we might reignite interest in Ali Crawford as he’s left Hearts where he was on trial apparently. Would be an easy signing who would provide midfield cover, has good experience in spl and who on his day is a decent player.

I reckon at least 2 in this week. Squad looking threadbare with a handful of injuries...

Just picking up on previous rumours. The same could be said of Rogers after he was axed to make way for Woodman when he had previously been in 2 winning matches.
If he goes to St.Mirren then we will definitely need to sign another keeper and Woodman was the obvious choice.
