    If Rafa did sign a new contract

    Is it too late in the window to get top players in?
    Will Ashley really give him the millions promised?
    Could Rafa put a clause in the contract if the pub grub goes back on his word again?
    Would the anti Rafa fans who complain about Rafa not signing be happy?

    It's not too late, as most clubs will conduct their business in the last week (as seems to happen in most transfer windows) but Ashley will have to accept that prices will soar as clubs have less time to replace who moves on (apart from us, as we don't even attempt to replace them)

    i think he should sign in instalments - signs for 6 months then in 6 months sign for another 6 months etc etc cause doesn,t ashley like instalments?

    I like the idea of that ,he sticks in a clause of money in a bank account before he signs a new deal .mind he'd get hammered with PayPal fees as I don't see Ashley clicking friends or family
