What a miss from Semi in injury time. Mentally not strong enough not to stab at it

Bugger. Some pluses, Wood solid, Manning useful and Proctor good when he arrived. Too many players struggling though. Vyner not impressive on this show, Vaulks looks off form, Palmer too ineffective and collectively the defence was error prone and punished at this level.

Obviously going to be a tough season, but we will keep battling and at least seem to have some options at front. Comes down to how quickly Warne and the lads can learn, find the best formation and grind out results.

Look it's painfully obvious, there is nobody at the club that can teach how to defend as a team.

Warne's ego won't let him admit that in the discipline of defending neither him nor Barker have the necessary skills. Not a criticism as such, but neither is capable of coaching how to defend when the pressure is on.

Until that point is grasped were going to see more results like tonight.

We can (and I think will) do better. We do lack incisive footballing skills and it showed tonight. Manning is a good addition and Proctor will be useful. Feel Warne should have started with a more attacking formation.
