We definitely need a creative type. Defensively we are as good as we are going to get right now. Few mistakes along the way unfortunately but that's the way of it.

Our manager is a negative tactician...absolutely no point anyone trying to deny this now. The odd match a few times a season he relaxes and lets the team have a go but generally he is far to negative for his own good.
