Was part of Shabbas pre Alloa ramblings. Says we offered a number of players a contract who said no, but 8 of them are now on the phone looking for a contract!

Can understand the current thinking that if we were not good enough then, how should we bring them in now. Would hate think we have missed out on someone a level above what we have!

Csabas point is of they weren't committed to us then, they can't be fully committed now, fair enough

But...

It certainly does look like Swanson was offered a contract, but i have to say fair play to him for at least trying to nail down a place in the team he supports. If Danny has been made to realize he wont get a place and come back to Shabba, then saying no will appear to be up there with the signing of Emil Stinklyng!

But as ive said, we have Stanton, Loemba, Glass, Barton, Rabitsch who i think can all play similar positions. I understand they dont all have Dannys vision, but they can all bring other things that will help us down here.
