standard buisness when you buy like he did
if the landlords dont accept his conditions he will shut the shop
he wont owe them a bean as he brought from the reciever

i remmber some on here saying they hoped HOF gave him the finger

he doesnt owe any of the suppliers or service providers a penny

some even didnt realise he hadnt taken HOF debts on

hence why some are now refusing to deal with him

some of those unless they can find someone to fill the gpaps HOF have left wil go to the wall as well

he will be rubbing his hands toether

rent free for 12 months dels will be done
