I agree, the shots on target total isn't good and no, we never looked like winning in the second half. Think we were slightly the better team in the first half albeit we didn't really threaten their goal.

Second half was a different proposition, though. Arsenal have players who, man for man, are miles above the ones we have and it showed once they got their act together-in that second half they looked like a really good team.

Even given that we're 6 points down on the same fixtures at home last season, with our lack of serious transfer activity-at the same time as others have strengthened-I don't think we're too far off what most people expected points-wise after these first five games.

The big worry will be if we don't start taking points in this next run of 8 or so fixtures. And no, I'm not looking at them as guaranteed points, either but we have to get something or we'll be cut adrift.
