The problem is that I think we've all lost, whether voting remain or leave. Referring to Vera Lynn as "the good old days" made me laugh though. For the poor they were the days of rampant poverty, outside toilets with newspaper as bog roll, and kids being sent up chimneys. At least the rich had their servants to wipe their arses for them, so it wasn't all bad.
Congratulations to our friends across the trent on fine back to back wins, the founders of our last season's feast.
In a nut shell, that is it.
Whether it is TM in charge or not, they are on a hiding to nothing.
The genies out of the bottle and there is no putting it back now.
No matter what happens, you can never satisfy everyone.
The EU won't deal, to do so would undermine their whole project and bring it crashing down. It may still do so, as there is now enough un rest throughout Europe, to unravel it.
But I am only bothered about us. I wanted out and that was my choice. To stay in, means commitment to denationalizing your country.
Had they not got greedy and rushed the last ten years, they may well have got away with it.
Division is now the path. Both here and abroad, as protest gathers momentum.
Do you read the news? Or are you still unwilling to listen to the experts? What do they know anyway, right?
Whatever the outcome of Brexit, deal or no deal, we will not find ourselves in a position as strong as we are now. The questions is: how much worse will things get?
I have a question for you. If things do indeed get worse after Brexit, do you think Leave voters (like yourself?) will admit that they got it wrong, or will you look for someone else to blame?
Leave voters are already backtracking. You hear people saying things like 'well it might get worse initially, but in 50 years time Britain will be great again.' *******s - absolutely nobody votes for things to get ****ter during their life time in the hope that they will improve after they are dead.

Trump ....... Not a nice man but will piss the mid terms. Wanna bet you Lefties?
Why should it be only the lefties who want to bet? What about the moral, the sensible, the sensitive, the thoughtful, the intelligent, the environmentalists, the planners, the safe-guarders? the sensible republicans even?
I think you will find "expert" opinion from both sides if you do more research. To answer your question, of course if things went pear shaped I'd admit to making the wrong call ..... never be frightened to admit a mistake when proven.
Likewise I will say this. I can assure you that had the result been to remain, then I would have been disappointed but would have accepted the result in good faith. There would never had been the hullabaloo that's been created by the Remain faction. Looking at Corbyn (sorry J-E-R-E-M-Y) on the Marr show this morning he looks what he is, a crazed loon (I like his broken tooth configuration by the way ... it epitomises the downtrodden 'wokkers' image perfectly) besotted with the thought of becoming PM. Don't worry son, if an early election is held we can get rid of this piece of garbage once and for all along with his thick women disciples and Mr charisma ..... Starmer - the original waxwork man.
Then we might get a more centralist party in opposition.
