Not to go over old ground but Tommy Wright is not coming to United!

This is when all the things that TTT and Frank have been saying have to come into play. This will be the board's appointment. He needs to be given serious time (I've always said 3 seasons). We've changed every time we hit serious trouble and it hasn't once got us out of it. We need somebody who can bridge the youth set-up and first team to bring some stability to the squad and club. I don't think this squad of players have any right to win this league. Fyvie is the standout but it will be a struggle to win this league. The right man could unite and organise the side and we could win but any manager coming in now can not be labelled a failure if we don't get the promotion.

    Copied from Oddsox thread

    Bookies so far
    Neilson
    Mcintyre
    Ellis
    Wright
    Hughes
    McCall (Jobbie)
    Sturrock

No sure where Paul Sturrock fits in, maybe the bookies know something we don't.

All are flawed or risky in their own way, very difficult

Of the top 2 there it's Neilson seems to be the guy edging it on this forum

Let's say he turned it down would you back McIntrye? Ex player jinx maybe, plus the rumours Offshore posted on another thread.
