‘And now you're gonna believe us’

Now you're gonna believe us and now you're gonna believe us, we're there or thereabouts.”

I hate to p1ss on your parade Steve but “thereabouts” just isn’t good enough….. for “Thereabouts” read fail

Yesterday evening we witnessed another graphic illustration of Bruce’s inadequacy, an inept, unmotivated, tactically naive performance i.e. Trade Mark **Bruce presentation

1 win in 9 dictates Bruce has to go, he's lost the backing of our amazing away support which has seen him make the extremely foolish choice to turn on those fans,

Is he a case of dead man walking ?

15th..............ssys it all really we willbe relegated or there or there abouts! Even thst lot from down the road are only 1 place behind us not mention bog rolls top.

We need a change before the season is dead, whats holding them up from sacking him.
    Get Warnock in?

Di Matteo was sacked after 1 win in 13 and Bruce is heading the same way - fast! It now seems inevitable but better sooner than later, if we are to have any chance of challenging for promotion we will need to win a high percentage of the remaining games. Under SB that looks highly unlikely and he's beginning to look arrogant with his persistent approach of players playing out of position.

    Warnock - no thanks!

    This caught my eye

"One win in the last eight, more managerial ructions, more excuses – meh, we started the game with no wingers and ended the match with no strikers, we’re well past round pegs in square holes

I think we’re now trialling triangles"

The thing is folks, how many times should a manager be given time to ‘turn it around’? A couple of ‘turn it arounds’ in his first season, 2 or 3 times last season before orchestrating a shambollic P/O final performance, and now this season. Time and time again.
If we win the next 2 games we MAY be in the play off positions. Had we beaten this years bottom 7 we would be TOP and the place would be buzzing going into the tough run of upcoming fixtures.
Remember, he has brought in over 20 players and yet only starts 5 maybe 6 of em. His only guaranteed starters are players who were already here:
    Hutton
    Chester
    Jack
    Jedi
    Kodjia
With the players available, we should not have been playing catch up for 2 YEARS!
Would your boss be so forgiving if your performances and mistakes put her/his company at a financial risk 6 times over 2 years?

No he wouldn't exiled. I was sacked after I crashed a lorry. It wasn't my fault. The other Driver came out of nowhere.

The fact I was a barman had little to do with it.

He’s offended the fan base and we’re fed up with his ludicrous alibi’s * la

    *‘There or thereabouts’

    *The side ‘gelling’

*Perhaps if he’d have had the Cojones to attack Fulham in the play-off final folk might be more sympathetic to your bleating about losing 5/6 key players over the summer ?

*His much lauded four promotions .who gives a flying++++ about Hull, Blues... et cetera ?

We’re well past all of these, THIS IS NOW !

As for Bruce’s pièce de résistance his claim that the game against Brentford was one of the best games he’s seen Villa play in years. Jesus H Christ we drew 2-2! Is such mediocrity now considered satisfactory ?

Sorry but 2 seasons of treading water just isn't acceptable

Who actually believes we can afford a 3rdseason of Bruce ?

Who wants another large dollop of his uber guarded, tedious, negative, over cautious hum drum approach ?

    It’s time for change !

Prior to falling foul of the Steve Bruce ‘Misapplication Strategy’ Henri Lansbury, James Bree, Birkir Bjarnason, and Scott Hogan were prized assets

Now Conor Hourihan is looking increasing likely @ being registered onto Bruce’s scatterbrain scheme

Last term, Bruce managed to sway Dr X sanction into signing Robert Snodgrass and John Terry on exorbitant salaries

These expensive recruits proved ineffectual & we ended with no payback as Villa lost a painful play-off final to Fulham

That game summed up Steve Bruce’s tenure, his slow and negative approach -he stupidly gambled on containing Fulham - praying to nick something on the break from the Londoners. No end product

    Rinse & Repeat ?
