    Our goalkeeping standards

I like our goalie and think he is the best keeper we've had in years .I loved Tim krul and tbh never really liked Steve Harper .

Yup-Dubravka would grace a side much higher up the league, he's easily good enough.

At his best, Tim Krul was a fantastic 'keeper. Harps was alright and there wasn't a lot to choose between him and Shay.

    Agreed with all of it.

We'd but utterly sunk with out Dubravka, i think we'd of probably gone down last season.

Dubravka is a better keeper by a country mile then an of the others mentioned.

He is a good shot stopper but most of all he can come for a cross and catch it and commands his defence.

Given was a Drakula terrified of crosses and got found out very soon at City, Krul much the same good shot stopper but once again wouldn’t come for a cross. For me Harper was better than both of these.

The best all round keeper I have seen was Dave Hollins.

I agree with all of this post but the thing that worries me most is that our G.K. back up has never been so poor.

The position in goal is most vulnerable for injury and we haven't got much to rely on below until young Woodie comes through and at almost 22 he must be almost ready.

What happened to Elliott? He isn't/wasn't that poor?

Darlow I don't rate. Woodman I'm looking forward to seeing at some point in the future. Dubravka I'm enjoying immensely.

Elliot and Darlow are a similar standard, imo.

Elliot iis still here...mate of mine is his personal chef-cooks/prepares meals for him and his family through the week. Says he's a really canny bloke. Thinks he's got another two or three years as a goalie then he'll look at going into coaching.

I hope we sell either Elliot or darlow ,I don't care which one tbh they are both very poor
