I listened to Dave Cromack's interview with Tyrone fae the BBC.
He mentioned that Pittodrie is worth 15m. I just hope that wasn't valued at the same time the Salvesen building was down the harbour.
They valued it above 5m, it sold for 20k.
Just saying....
Its looking worse than i ever remember. Its simple to fix things too. Im sure our builder chairman can source a bit of corrugated plastic.
Funny that this is evident when the Masonic Milne Dome is (supposedly) on the horizon. Imagine the state of it come 2022 when the new is supposed to be ready
I still doubt it will happen which is makes Pittodries worsening state even harder to fathom as Milne will have let Pittodrie slip immensley and have no shiny new mecano crap hole halfway to Alford

I don’t believe we will get £15m for the Pittodrie site. After demolition etc and other costs I would be surprised if we actually ended up with half that fee. There is absolutely no way any firm is going to purchase the Pittodrie site for £15m and pay for the demolition before a brick has been laid.
It's a funny one.
You'd wonder what any builders would do with the Pitt, would they simply level it and use the site or would they try to incorporate elements into the properties? Like at Highbury.
Also, and this might be a stupid question, are any bits of the Pitt listed?
I'd guess, if any, the wall at the Merkland Road might be?
No it doesn't.
There's no sense whatsoever in moving away from Pittodrie.
I take it his amazing figure of 15m is included in the budget to be spent on the new ground? So say its only worth half, that means even more overspend? On top of what we are already over spending on the training ground which has hiked up in price without a brick layed
Awesome. Ahh the debt ridden years of McFarlannes and D'Jaffos
