I think King on song is every bit as good as McMullan, who by the way was woeful Tues and had only picked up form being central since King came back out wide

Big difference Tuesday without King starting in the three behind Safranko which had been working ever since RN came in

Fitting Clark in might not be easy

Yeah, that's going to be tricky. I thought he did nothing on Tuesday aside from score. But that's not a bad thing if he's playing #9 but I think we need more from a #10.

Scott Fraser might have been flourishing as a #10 under Robbie Neilson.
    But that's history.
Any good #10s out there who are available, someone mentioned Scott BOOOOOO!Allan?

When Allan and Armstrong were both at United you had one that was prepared to play games and make the move up gradually. The other had thought I'm worth more and I'll get a good move out of it. He may have got a good move out of it but how many times has he been out on loan? I think Armstrong has made a far better progression in his career than Allan imo.

As for a number 10 who is available, whit about Peter Whittingham? Getting on a bit, but then so was Jim Bett when he played for United. Whittingham I always thought was a great player when he was with Cardiff. Don't think he would come up to Scotland and play in the Championship. Don't think we have a budget that would stretch to entice him.
