If they brought in random breath tests on Islay and they were done fairly where everybody was breathalysed it would take 50% of the cars off the road. There would not be so many potholes on the roads.
If they did it during the Islay Whisky Week which it the Whitsun week at the end of May the police would have a field day. The distilleries would have to stop handing out nips of whisky.
Random breath tests would not bother me as I never drink and drive. In fact I never have an alcoholic drink if I am driving the next day.
