The moral of the story: The chairman should keep his opinions - even if valid - to himself. Leicester, F***** and Derby all produce good young players and we have to tap into that. We can’t afford to be criticising F***** publicly; we need their young players like Yates and Grant far more than they need to send them to us.
My opinion Forest did nothing wrong with Yates as it clearly wasn’t in the contract otherwise they wouldn’t have been able to just take him back.
Basic rule of thumb in any business is get it in writing with no clauses but that wasn’t the case and Hardy knows it that’s why he kicked off.
When are we going to give some of these kids we have given pro contracts to ? As what is the point if we don’t play them.
