If someone had claimed any politician did something petty to line their own pockets,. I might believe it. Doing something with no gain for anyone,I just can't see. Health and safety is the reason given,it almost makes sense when judged against other h&s decisions taken anywhere these days.

I think the decision was stupid,but at the same time,I think a lot of things are stupid,most of them are nothing to do with what football team a Dundee councillor supports
People are petty and a touch vindictive especially those with considerable power.

I sat for many a year on the community council in my area, not exactly the house of representatives but it did hold quite a bit of sway and some of the petty reasons councillors wanted to object to planning, how money was spent etc etc was beyond belief at times. Family feuds going back generations in some cases.

Anyway that's bye the bye.

Would you be in favour of DFC returning to the council 're ticketing arrangement?
