This will be the first time I have managed to attend the AGM, I always missed them when working away.
Perfect opportunity for the resident Statler and Waldorfs from here to voice concerns to people who might give a phuck instead of boring the erse off those remaining on here.

    Fire in lads.

Tried to find a Stadler and Waldorf gif, they are class and fit in perfectly with your comment Noahrab. Don't know how to do it. I take you won't be turning up?

It boils my piss that a few Dee’s who form DFCSS can sit on a pile of money raised by thousands of Dee’s and decide to save it for a rainy day, when this money was handed over to help our club, they should hand it over and leave the rest to DSA, although I’m no even sure of their purpose in life

The 'money raised by thousands of Dees' was handed to the club a long, long time ago, before FPS came on board. But you know that. Anybody that thinks the £5 they lobbed into a bucket all those years ago is sitting in a bank account saved for a rainy day is deluded - or being deliberately antagonistic.

The money currently held by DFCSS was raised by subscriptions to DFCTV and society memberships and was never intended to be used by and was never promised to the club. It was always society income from a provided service.

In my time at DFCSS I can assure you that a significant amount of cash was handed over to the club for various projects however the club got greedy and made it clear they saw all the cash held by the society as theirs by right which is completely wrong, it belongs to the members of DFCSS.

If you're a current member of the society go along to the AGM on Saturday and make it clear that you believe the cash held should be given to the club unconditionally. I don't think you'll get much support from other members but worth a try I suppose. If you're not a current member then stop sniping from the sidelines about something you have no right to snipe about.

DSA's purpose in life is unknown to me. They organise the POTY dance and take membership fees from your supporters' club but other than that I don't know. However because I'm not a member of a DSA affiliated club I won't snipe from the sidelines about what they do with the money they receive every year from thousands of Dees.

    Jesus, touchy or what,

I know and you know all the money wasn’t handed over,

I stopped my subscription, didn’t want to be part of an organisation full of people in it for their own gains, thought we should be grateful to have a team to support, and wouldn’t mind if we shared a ground with the Violet and played the likes of Elgin, Stenhousemuir, Annan and the likes every week, as long as they where called Dundee FC

You like to mention your time on DFCSS board, I think I’ve waited longer on a bus.

Yes, I would cost money that they’d rather spend on a supporters conference

If you're a fan and not a member of DFCSS why would you care whether it existed or not? It doesn't impinge on your matchday experience and costs you nothing so is effectively an irrelevance.

I thought the plaque was a great idea but it fell by the wayside.
