They have just under 150 members.

Around 3% of our regular support , probably less than 1% of those that see DFC as their team.

My fear (It has been for a few months now) is that we move to tannadice and FPS bail out.

It imho will be sold as a temporary arrangement but quickly become permanent.

I think that they care very deeply about the club and that is why they sent the email. If you want to read it there's a post on the other forum from harry94. Have a look and see what others are saying. I think everyone is concerned about the implications and you can help the club by expressing your fears. I'm not at all sure what the motivations are for FPS. As hmac says earlier in this thread FPS have not said anything, and that's right, at least to my knowledge, and so all the comments about the future are speculation. Rross puts his worries forward, and he's not alone, in thinking that the way things are for FPS isn't working. Everything however is speculation so far and it will get worse until the the stadium is started. It's obviously a complex proposal and has not gone as quickly as hoped.

I think that if you are not a member of DFCSS you should post your questions on forums and hope that the club will get the message and answer them. I think FPS have been very supportive and deserve praise for their investment in the playing staff. Success on the field has eluded them but they are still here backing the new manager. The last thing we need is a split between the supporters and the board IMO.

You seem to me to misunderstand the situation. My understanding is that DFCSS do not want to get the club back under fan based ownership. We have been down that route and it did not work.

After you getting it hopelessly wrong over DFCTV, where do you rank yourself? Keep arguing your case, though, don't get so rattled you start getting personal. Your first sentence really does sum up the mindset the club is dealing with, though. This is not about the future of the society, no-one cares about them, especially me. These shares belong to everyone who ever contributed, not just you and other DFCSSers who will always put themselves before the club.

Attempting to justify 6 people, including Dave Forbes, making massive decisions about the CLUB, without any regard to the wider fanbase, I'm afraid DFCSS are no different to when they were forced out in 2013, regardless of your claims otherwise. And for clarity over your rant, up till now, all comments made about DFCSS were from 2011-2013, no clue what you're doing nowadays, apart from the obvious

Wrong, they belong to the DFCSS which is a membership organisation. Each member of DFCSS has one share in the society.
