On the payment to the Administratiors, they were on a flat fee and received much less than might have been expected. They later had an additional payment due to additional work required by guess who.....yep DFCSS

Isley do you know where the missing minutes are? Or why they vanished from DFCSS website?

The next time I am speaking to one of the DFCSS directors I will ask who is Bob Barclay as you appear unwilling to say.
The information about the income and expenditure after we entered Administration 2 on the Companies House website is very illuminating. Despite cutting everything to the bone we only made a small surplus at the end of the 2010-11 season and that was only because there was a credit balance of £85k in the club bank account at the date we entered admin 2.
I do not know where the missing minutes are or why they have vanished from the DFCSS website. I used to enjoy reading the minutes as it gave me an insight into what was going on at the time.

I can't see how it's possible for you to offer advice, unless DFCSS have informed their members of FPS's motivations in wanting the A-Shares? I believe they've already made their minds up, so your feedback will be ignored.

I do not agree with your views but you do not have to be Einstein to work out why FPS want the A Shares. FPS want the A shares as they can get rid of the enshrined rights held in the A shares and then FPS can do what they like. Move to Nou Campy, merge with the Dabs and change the colours of the Dundee strips. If FPS got their hands on the A shares there is nothing to stop the Dundee FC strips being Tangerine next season.
As a full member of DFCSS yesterday afternoon I emailed the society stating that my preferred option was Option 3 - Do nothing which would bring John Nelms back to the negotiating table and hopefully explain to the DFCSS board of directors what exactly FPS want from the society to allow the Nou Campy development to go ahead.
I believe that FPS want the A shares to allow a removal from Dens Park to the former NCR Camperdown grounds and more importantly they are able to pay dividends.
I stated at today’s DFCSS AGM that I had sent my email the previous afternoon and what I said on my email.

Doesn't take a genius to know who deleted the minutes so their behaviour would be covered up

Are you a FPS ‘insider’ by any chance. If not you should have joined DFCSS and you could have heard everything at today’s AGM. However you are one of these posters who likes to complain just for the sake of it.

I've already told you why I would never join DFCSS, which is I would never condone their lies and basic corruption, such as deleting minutes. and expressing concern over the future of the club being in the hands of a group of 6 people hostile to FPS is more than complaining for the sake of it. DFCSS have a tiny 150 members for a reason. Let's hear what you all decided to do.

must have a look in the back office on here as i was putting the minutes of the dfcss up on here at the time,if someone can tell me roughly what minutes they are looking for time wise ie what month il see if i can dig it out or see if footymad can assist

right i can see all the dfcss that i lifted at the time in the back office so if someone lets me know month and year il post the info up,only other option is for me to re post them as an article which is prob the best way
