    There is a cheaper solution that probably fits our budget better. I've noticed that my lawn never freezes above the septic tank

    I've actually got 3 tanks and it's the final settlement/pumping tank that's under part of the lawn. Contents must be well fermented and bubbling by the time they reach it. Plus I've only had them fully pumped and cleaned out once in 12 years
