    I am stillnin a state of shock at our signings. Reynolds, sow, pawlett at min will be bug players for us just keen to see if they can go straight into team.

    I think Danny is probably expressing ‘cautious optimism’. Yes, it’s great what has happened the last few days but following Dundee United means thinking there is a light at the end of the tunnel.................only to find it’s a train heading the other way. I’m very happy with what has happened in the window but I’ll reserve final judgement on what now happens on the pitch which, at the end of the day, is the most important thing.

    Although i am happy with the signings, there is still too much gone by that caution should be exercised.

    I am happy that my reactions to these signings have gone from, "oh yeh him, but who the feck is Alex?" to "OH FECK YEAH, but who the feck is Seaman?"
