Never a penalty, got away with murder again against a mediocre Forest side.

    Full time 2/2
Sorry but BD is taking us nowhere and we will be extremely fortunate to stay in the play offs

Murphy looked very poor again tonight. I hope he has some improvement in him.

Very poor tonight. Fortunate to get a point. Missed Hegazi badly. Missing Philips. Not sure new guys - Johanson and Murphy offer much more than we already have in Field and Leko. No energy apart from a 10 min spell after HT. Gayle and JRod never in the game. Only bright spot was Harper. Just thought the whole shape of the team seemed wrong.

Playoffs at best on this showing.

What did Newcastle say to us? "You can take Gayle as long as you have Murphy in January?" How poor is he? He isn't even championship level. Roll on the warm weather when Phillips is back. I know he scored but even Luke Moore did once in a while.
Hiw many goals has Dawson cost us this season? The bloke cannot pass the ball and its getting to the point he cannot defend either.

What did we learn from tonight's very poor performance?

    1) We are not Man. City so why do we persist in playing it out from the back? Another goal gifted to the opposition.
    2) We really miss Hegazi as he stabilises the back four.
    3) What do Man. City see in Aderabioyo? He is slow, cumbersome and can't head a ball.
    4) We really miss Phillips. When is he going to be fit?
    5) I know it's early days but Murphy doesn't instill confidence. He is too easily brushed off the ball and his distribution was shocking.
    6) Gayle is wasted playing him out wide.
    7) I still think that we will make the play-offs but automatic promotion, I doubt it!

    Good summary Leicester buddy.
Early days (!) for Murphy and I’m desperate for him to impress, but very disappointed so far.
Clearly we are going to persist playing it out from the back. Darren in his post match interview confirmed this tactic is preferred to provide better football for us fans to watch! I understand this, but not every time. A long clearance works occasionally...as demonstrated by our goal.
Apart from a short period post equaliser, we did not look interested. Forest were ‘at us’ as will be the Vile.
A much better performance at Witton is essential.
