Or maybe not.
Awaiting team announcement.
Barnsley duo Adam Davies and Ryan Hedges could be lining up for Wales on Tuesday evening.
Ryan Giggs’ side face Trinidad and Tobago in a friendly at Wrexham’s Racecourse Ground ahead of their Euro 2020 qualifier against Slovakia in Cardiff on Sunday.
Winger Hedges will be looking to add to his two caps after featuring for the Dragons against Panama and Uruguay. Meanwhile, Davies is potentially in line for his first international appearance having been on the bench 11 times.
The Reds’ skipper has been in fine form at club level this season, keeping an astonishing 19 clean sheets in all competitions for Daniel Stendel’s side.
Wales were in Pot 2 for the Euro 2020 draw and will also face World Cup finalists Croatia, Hungary and Azerbaijan in Group E as they look to build on their semi-final appearance in France three years ago.
This game will be of extra interest to Trinidad and Tobago boss Dennis Lawrence, who spent five years playing for Wrexham between 2001 and 2006 – winning the Football League Trophy in 2005.
Or maybe not.
Awaiting team announcement.
Hedges can’t even get a game for us. Needs moving on at the end of the season
Davies will probably play & break his arm.
I see Grigg is out of the Ireland squad.
Does that mean Sunderland can't get their game called off if they've only 2 on international duty?
Hedges started for Wales tonight , Davies on the bench .
A guy can’t get a start for Barnsley, yet starts for Wales. Our Captain will be absent on Saturday to sniff the pants of another keeper while Dougal tries to play Friday with a broken leg.
Great Keeper, for sure......great Captain? Not sure?
National loyalties are ok, but I’d be standing by my depleted teamates every time.
I'm sure some of his team mates will have mentioned it.
Just rumours , Davies on his way end of season , a Sheffuld teeam , Cawthorne park 16 55 pm
Just read the match report on Sky and Hedges player rating 8/10
